Ryanair Flight Attendant fails in Constructive Dismissal Claim

A female flight attendant has lost her case for constructive dismissal against Ryanair at the Employment Appeals Tribunal (EAT).
The Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2015 (the “Act”) came into effect, in a very low key fashion, on 1st August 2015. The Act is a major development in industrial relations in Ireland.
The Children and Family Relationships Bill 2015 (“2015 Act”) was signed by the President of Ireland on 06 April 2015. Its provision will not come into force until formal commencement orders are signed.
